Located in the heart of Amsterdam, the hotel is in a prime location close to the city hall and train station. the restaurant serves up some delicious dishes and the view from the rooms is stunning. the bathroom is spacious and the minibar is stocked with snacks and drinks.
The hotel falls short on customer service. the staff is often rude and unattentive, with no room service available.

The breakfast offerings were of good quality, and the hotel's restaurant facilities were well-equipped and met my expectations. I also appreciated the small but well-equipped spa, which had a variety of features like a sauna, infrared heat, salt room and steam room. The location was also great, with a range of restaurants nearby and beautiful views.
The room lacked a telephone, which I found a bit inconvenient, and I wasn't able to watch TV from the comfort of my bed. The sports massage service could be improved, although the staff made an effort to provide a quality service.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa centre offered a relaxing experience with a steam room, full body massage, and head massage. the private facilities were exceptional, and the location advantages provided a beautiful view.
The only minor issue I encountered was the reception desk, where they were not very polite.

Comfortable beds and stunning views from our suite. Plenty of parking and tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options. Friendly staff and early check-in, plus we were allowed access to the spa before and after our stay.

Had an amazing weekend getaway at a beautiful hotel. the view was stunning, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the spa was a great place to relax, and the nearby oyster restaurants were fantastic. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The cost of the food was a bit high, and as a vegetarian, there were not many options available. Breakfast was not included, and the limited choices made it hard to find something to eat.
